The incredibly remote Alijos Rocks is located approximately 190nm off the coast of Baja Sur. It’s a dream destination for anglers and spearfishers. Boasting clear and unspoiled waters teeming with big fish-this is a freedivers dream trip! The main target will be wahoo, dorado and yellowfin tuna, but Rocas Alijos also at one time boasted the world record speared yellowtail at 80+lbs. and you will definitely run into a striped marlin or two.
We’ll be aboard a 60-foot sportfisher with panga tender and an experienced crew who understand spearfishing.
Includes 5.5 days of diving with professional guiding, all meals, round trip transportation from Los Cabos airport (SJD) to Puerto San Carlos (Mag Bay) via the Palapas Ventana resort, two nights at the resort on each end, captain and crew.
Exclusions: airfare to Los Cabos, alcoholic beverages (we’ll stop along the way to pick up beer/wine/spirits), crew gratuity.
This is a weather dependent itineray. If the weather does not cooperate we’ll dive offshore from Mag Bay.
*RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: A $1000 semi-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Semi-refundable means the initial deposit will be refunded, minus the service fee, once the cancelled spot has been reserved by a new guest. If the cancelled spot cannot be filled by a new guest the deposit will be forfeited. Second payment ($2000) is due May 10, 2024. Final payment ($1500) is due 90 days prior to the trip (July 10, 2024). Airfare booked by Flying Fish Adventures must be paid upon flight reservation. Price is based on double occupancy and is subject to change. Reservations and payments will be forfeited if full payment is not received according to the schedule. No refunds can be made after March 19, 2024. Cancellations are subject to a $150 processing fee.
